What We Do

Empowering Young Leaders with Lived Experience

We invest in the next generation of health equity leaders—young people who understand inequity firsthand and are ready to build the solutions their communities deserve.

TheCHANGE Institute

Empowering young leaders with lived experience of inequity. We provide funding, mentorship, and training so the next generation can design and lead the solutions their communities need.

Student Chapter Network

Youth-led chapters turning energy into impact. Students with lived experience lead workshops, health fairs, and advocacy campaigns in their own communities.

Parity Media

Stories that shift systems. Ethical storytelling elevating lived experiences through podcasts, films, and features to influence policy and public opinion.

Community Education

Direct health-literacy workshops and community health events co-designed with neighborhood partners to build long-term capacity.

Policy & Systems Change

Training residents and youth to analyze policy, build coalitions, and engage lawmakers for structural wins.

Impact

Making a measurable difference

We track outcomes that matter. Every initiative is backed by data, community wisdom, and measurable progress toward a more equitable future.
